Help! Tablet probs usin tegaki and oekaki

Tegaki is fun but hard and my tablet lags in there for some reason and has trouble doing curves. Like as soon as I start a line it lags and makes it hard to draw. It's probably because I'm using vista. is there anyway to fix this?

I've heard similar problem with Teblo on Vista.
Does an oval cursor appear while a pen stays still at one point on a tablet?
If so, your pc's setting is in "press-and-hold".

Control Panel > Pen and Input style > Pen control > Press and hold
(My English is odd, sorry.
